Dr. Ebony Rollins is a born and raised Floridian and also a Polk County native. She attended the local vocational school in Lakeland for her Practical Nursing degree in 2004 and began her career at Winter Haven Hospital, now BayCare. She went on to further her career at Valencia College where she received her AA and AS degree in Nursing to become a Registered Nurse in 2010. After spending many years in bedside nursing she took on a management role at Orlando Health and received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Although she had a deeply rooted love for bedside nursing she also had a passion for serving those who are less fortunate. She knew that in order to do that in the best way possible she would need to further her education. She then went on to earn her Master's Degree with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons College in Boston Massachusetts in 2016 and went on to work in Federally Qualified Health Centers. She began educating nurses in the clinical setting in 2012 and currently serves as an Associate Professor of Nursing at Advent Health University. She received her Doctoral degree in Nursing from the University of South Florida and is also a published author.

Rahja has always had an affinity for process improvement, quality assurance, and building strategic systems that support small business development. After receiving her Bachelors degree from Florida A&M University, she became the marketing director for a federal economic development program that supported start-up education and talent retention in Tallahassee, FL.
Rahja is now the Operations Director at Allegiant Health & Associates, serving as the internal coordinator for core business operations and developing key partnerships to further the mission of a healthier tomorrow in under-served communities. Her Master's Degree is in progress at Louisiana State University, with plans to also serve the community through financial literacy and assisting families in creating systems for building wealth.
