What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct primary care is a healthcare model where patients pay their healthcare directly for services provided. No insurance plans or income requirements dictate care.

What is Telehealth?
​Telehealth is a form of healthcare delivery that takes place via telecommunications that includes video and voice calls.

What is Concierge Medicine?
We bring health care to you. If you prefer to get care in the comfort of your home this is the perfect service for you and your family. This is not to be confused with our corporate booking, if you have a team or organization needing a group of services please fill out the form on our corporate bookings page.

How do I cancel my membership?
We would hate to see you go but all memberships can be canceled by emailing billing@allegianthealthcares.com. You must request a cancellation by 15th of the month to avoid charges for the upcoming month. ALL MEMBERSHIPS REQUIRE A 3-MONTH MINIMUM.

​Where can I get my labs drawn?
Currently we have a partnership with LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics. You do not pay any fees at the time of your lab draw as we include the fees with your service.

Do I get any separate bills?
One of the wonderful things about Direct Primary Care is that there are no hidden fees. Your labs are included in your visit price and the bill comes to the clinic. If you should request additional labs that are not on our standard list we will get pricing from our clinical partners.

Do member prices increase?
In order to provide the best quality of care member prices are evaluated on a yearly basis. Member pricing is guaranteed for 1 year.
